Privacy Policy
TinyBar is a local-first macOS app. This policy explains how images and settings are handled, when the app connects to the internet, and how to contact us.

Image processing
Text recognition, sensitive-data detection, redaction rendering, and export happen on your Mac. TinyBar does not upload original or processed images to our servers. Content you choose to share with another app or service is governed by that service's policy.
Local settings
Appearance, detection categories, watch lists, redaction style, and update preferences are stored on your device. These settings may be removed when you uninstall the app or clear its application data.
System features and suggestions
TinyBar uses Apple Vision for local recognition and may use Apple-provided on-device intelligence features for suggestions on supported systems. Availability is governed by your macOS version, device support, and Apple system settings.
Updates and downloads
The app may contact TinyBar's update feed to check version information and, after you confirm, download an update. The website and downloads are delivered by hosting and CDN providers that may log ordinary request data such as IP address, time, path, and browser information under their own policies.
Purchases and support
When purchasing opens, orders, payments, and refunds will be handled by the selected payment provider. TinyBar does not directly store full card details. If you request support, we process the contact details, diagnostics, and message content you choose to provide.
Sharing, retention, and contact
We do not sell personal information. Service records may be retained as reasonably needed to deliver downloads and purchases, prevent abuse, provide support, or meet legal obligations. For privacy or data requests, contact us through TinyBar's GitHub Issues.
