License to use TinyBar
Subject to these terms and applicable law, TinyBar grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license. After purchasing a personal license, you may use the app on the number of Macs shown at checkout. Ownership is not transferred; you may not resell, rent, sublicense, or bypass licensing controls.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for having the right to process, edit, and share images imported into TinyBar. Do not use the app unlawfully, infringe another person's rights, or process another person's sensitive information without authorization.
Detection results
Automated detection can miss content or produce false positives. You are responsible for reviewing detections and the final image before sharing. TinyBar is not a substitute for legal, compliance, or professional security review.
Pricing, purchases, and refunds
The early-access price shown on this site is planned pricing; the final price and license scope are those displayed at checkout. Purchases are processed by a third-party payment provider. You may request a refund within 7 calendar days of purchase. Mandatory consumer rights in your location are not limited by these terms.
Updates and availability
TinyBar may provide fixes, feature updates, or compatibility changes over time. We aim to keep the app and download service useful and available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or permanent support for every system version or feature.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TinyBar is provided as-is and as available. We do not guarantee that the app is error-free or will detect every sensitive item. Nothing here excludes or limits liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or limit.
